Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Services
Our products (Foreman, Agent as a Service, Memory Engine) are offered as monthly subscription services.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@janusgroup.io
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to the Services through the end of the period you've already paid for
- No partial-month refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period
Refunds
- First 30 days: If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund
- After 30 days: Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
- Service outages: If our Services experience significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), we will issue a prorated credit for the affected period
- Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and correct any mistakes
Data After Cancellation
- Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data
- We will retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you choose to reactivate
- After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted
- Financial records may be retained longer as required by law
